I don't have any children, but if and that's a big if, I do. I'm not sticking around in America too long. Why because it definitely will warp a fragile little mind lol kids should be nurtured and love. There's not much nurture or love here, or anywhere for that matter. I love America, but does America love me? Why would they genetically alter our food without knowing the side effects, or telling us? Could it be that they do not care about us and see us as peons/slaves/sheep ie cheap labor regardless of what degree you might hold? I'm moving to Fiji. That is all.

I understand where you are coming from, but this is low on the totem pole. Monsantos genetically alters our food without knowing the side effects. Our "government" is in league with them mainly because individuals within the "government" (memebers of Congress) want to exploit US "the people" for profits so they can have an elevator in their garage for their cars lol. If you try to farm "organic" the government will come put an AR-15 in your face. We need to get back to the old ways. Go out to the Amish country, they are fairly healthy despite some inbreeding. I wonder why? It is not some coincidence that we are experiencing record number in cancer cases as well as other terminal illnesses. The food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe have enormous effects on our health. If you haven't realized that EVERYTHING is connected no matter how miniscule, or great, you need to wake up. Gulf BP oil spill+ Disapants in water = record breaking drought surprise surprise. Also that little incident in Japan with the earthquake and the nuclear power plant melting down? They describe this as an "isolated incident" lol. Governments do not control ocean currents, or the winds at least to my knowledge. Has anyone heard the name HARP before? Radioactive isotopes from the Fukoshima plan have been found in our hemisphere and on our shores.

Maybe if you weren't parading around the street like a Harlot this wouldn't have happened, Food for thought? And this whole don't blame the victim thing is totally not logical. As sentient beings we make choices, these choices then have consequences, good, or bad. If you had done something different this wouldn't have happened to you. If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time. YOU are in the wrong place at the wrong time. I love women and believe they should be protected. With that being said, I repeatedly see them make unsafe choices. Experience is the best teachers. Don't jump in the water if you are afraid to get wet. That is all.

Well Michelle move, nobody liked you anyway. It's not the everyone's fault that you have bad genes. Life sucks, get a helmet. The school system sucks. I've live in CH/UH for over 15 years. I went to private school. It has its pros and cons as well. In all honesty if I had children I would never send them to Heights. Greed is what crippled this nation, stupidity will destroy it. I have an Idea how about we teach kids reading, writing and Arithmetic. The one's that can't or won't grasp the concepts send them somewhere else. What happened to the bussing thing? If you can bus them in, you sure as hell can bus them out lol. That is all.

Gary, of course James would have given that all up so he wouldn't see a tax increase because he's a sorry excuse for an American and he is also a sorry excuse for a man. it is usually those amongst us who feel the most entitled, who are also the most unreasonable. The "job creators" was also a funny comment. When was the last time America produced anything? I would say it was probably during the mid seventies to late eighties. After that America went into full blown production of cry babies. If the World War II generation could see us now lol they would laugh and then shortly after probably be reduced to tears. Also M. Brigite is incompetent at best. The top ten percent of wealth in Ohio resides in Geauga County, anyone with half a brain knows that. And trust me they aren't going anywhere. Ohio has one of the cheapest costs of living among all the 49 contiguous states. Ohio also has one of the largest police states. Prisons are big business and we know we wouldn't want to short sale big business lol. I know, instead of sending all our scrap metal to china so that they can make steel for us, we should start producing steel right here in the the USA. The fat cats sold America out and the only way to get her back, is to take her back. We all know everyone is too faint of heart for an Idea like. I can't wait to see the new Super Walmart in South Euclid. I have a Native American friend and he told me that he hopes everyone goes home. Cheers!

If this levy comes our way in November I urge the citizens of Cleveland Heights and University Heights to say NO. Get these incompetent elected officials and the current BOE out of here. Lets replace them with individuals who can do the job, preferably individuals with higher than average intelligence. The people who hold these positions currently, obviously don't know what they are doing and haven't for some time. Also what is all this talk about I pads? You know these tablets will be stolen, or go missing. Why are you asking to be robbed lol? If it weren't so sad, it would be funny. In my day we did it with a book, some paper, and a pencil; along with the help from our teacher who possessed knowledge and the ability to write on the blackboard with some chalk. It's really not that hard folks and 200 million dollars will not fix these problems. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result.

The architecture of new buildings today is sub par at best. Quality of materials and workmanship has diminished not increased. The truth is, They don't build them like they used to. I think the BOE is fishing for money, claiming it's for the well being of our children, while all along we know that scores and test results will not improve. This whole charades game is disgusting. I know that sociological and economical issues along with demographics are all parts of the larger problem. Well when life gives you lemons, I suggest you make lemonade. Section 8 pretty much destroyed the school system and no one wants to admit it for fear of being politically incorrect. Well personally I don't care, I'm not here to lie for the sake of others feelings. If you want to know the mysteries of the universe and have a significant role in this universe, then act like it. If not, good luck because you will need it. Being stupid is not cool, it might seem like it is now, not so much when you are 30 with two kids, and no career. I know most of this will fall on deaf ears, but I do hope it reaches someone who will do something positive with it.

There should be an initiative to find the students who want to learn and who posses the most promise. The school system should then groom those students for success. I know this might sound cold and heartless, but we can't save everyone. In this game of life someone has to lose. It is up to the individual to choose his or her fate. Also if you can instill in children a desire to learn at an early age say 4, or 5 I think it will save a lot of headache down the road. The BOE should complete the 40 million dollars in deferred maintenance and that should be that. Also who really honestly believes that new buildings built in 2013 will be stronger than the buildings that are already standing? Those buildings are historical land marks and should be handled with some sort of reverence. Why is today more than any other time the solution to our problems automatically bulldozing something that has stood there for over fifty years. Chagrin falls isn't bulldozing their old school buildings. Oh I know because the tax payers will foot the bill, it makes it all OK. No, it is not OK.
