1. ST. GABRIEL FISH FRY Where/When: The Catholic Community of St. Gabriel, 5 p.m. tonight. Why go: The parish will open its doors for a Lenten fish fry with all-you-can-eat fare. The menu that includes hand-breaded walleye, baked and battered cod, breaded shrimp and crab cakes. For those who aren't fond of seafood, the church will also offer pizza and meatless pasta, along with an array of sides. A takeout menu is also available. The church will host fish fry events for the next five Fridays. Pricing: $12.50 for adults; $5.50 for children, ages 6 to 12; and free for children 5 and under. 2. 2013 KIDGITS BOOK BLAST!
