More Info On Five Guys Restaurant Location Revealed By Planning Commission Report
Planning Commission can vote tonight on alterations for the parking lot that will serve both Hooley House and Five Guys Burgers & Fries
It was previously announced that Five Guys Burgers & Fries intends to open a location in Mentor near the intersection of Tyler Road and Route 306. Now the Planning Commission can vote on an item during its meeting at 7 p.m. today at City Hall that would allow for the construction of a parking lot that would serve both Five Guys and the nearby Hooley House. Ideally, the parking lot improvements would be made before Five Guys is constructed, according to the Planning Commision's staff report (which is attached to this story as a PDF.) The existing Hooley House parking lot has 113 parking spaces.
