Horrible service!! He came out for a service call because the hot tub stopped working. When he arrived, the GFI breaker had switched. He flipped it back on, talked me into buying a new cover for my hot tub, and charged me for a service visit. Two days later, the breaker was switched again. If he had been willing to come out and deliver the hot tub cover, he might have been able to figure out why the breaker kept switching, but he wouldn't come out and instead, made us drive from the west side to Mentor to pick up the cover. Another hot tub company figured out it was not an electrical problem but a problem with the hot tub, so they got a service deal out of it.
