Delays Expected This Week at 306 & 84 Intersection for Road Reconstruction

The City of Mentor advises motorists to avoid the intersection of Routes 306 and 84, if possible, on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Crews will be working on road reconstruction and the adjustment of utility castings from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on those days, according to an alert from the city. Lane closures are expected during those hours, and flaggers will be directing traffic.

Work hours for the Route 306 resurfacing project are 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., but the city previously said that daytime work would take place for the placement of the asphalt surface course.
