The local chapter of the United Way is recruiting volunteers for its 2012 Evaluation & Investment Committee

The is looking for volunteers to help decide how to appropriate the charity's annual fundraising dollars.

The volunteers on the Evaluation & Investment Committee work together to choose how the fundraising dollars can best be allotted to local social agencies.

The E & I Committee has five subgroups that each focus on a different community need: Children and Families; Emergency Housing/Basic Needs; Health Counseling; Health Services; and Senior Citizens.
