38th Annual Firecracker Tournament

Come on out and support Mentor's youth baseball teams!

The heat this weekend is projected to hit highs in the upper 90s, so bring your waterbottles and sunscreen!

Mentor Baseball is hosting the 38th Annual Firecracker Tournament this weekend with games starting tonight.  They are expecting approximately 120 teams across 12 divisions ranging from 8U to unlimited.  There are teams from four states (Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York) and some from Canada.

If you want to watch some really great youth baseball, come on out and support our Mentor teams.  There are games being played at 5 primary locations in and around the city of Mentor.  Garfield Park is being designated as Tournament Headquarters; the other locations are: Civic Center/Mentor High School, Lake Catholic/Edward Walsh Park, McMinn Park, and Willoughby South High School.
