Mentor & Lake Catholic Football Players On Senior Bowl Rosters
Nine players from the two high schools in Mentor will be featured in the News-Herald Senior Bowl in June
Nine football players from the two high schools in Mentor will get one last chance to put on the pads after graduation.
Rosters for the 2013 News-Herald Senior Bowl have been released, with five Mentor Cardinals The game takes place at 7 p.m. Friday June 21 at Jerome T. Osborne Stadium in Mentor. Ticket information will soon be available.
According to the newspaper, Mentor players will compete for the blue team, coached by Brandon Lauer of Fairport. Lake Catholic Cougars selected for the game will play on the white team coached by Euclid's Tom Gibbons.
