Football Cardinals Selected for SportsTime Ohio's TV Schedule
The week 2 matchup against St. Ignatius will be televised on STO.
While the Mentor Cardinals' 2013 season begins in a week against Erie McDowell, a larger audience will see their skills the following week.
SportsTime Ohio announced this week that Mentor's week 2 tilt against St. Ignatius will be televised as the game of the week on Sept. 6. All games on STO will be aired after their completion at 11 p.m.
STO picked the matchup for an obvious reason—it's the follow-up to a triple-overtime classic in which the Cardinals beat the Wildcats 57-56 last November in the playoffs.
