Slide Show: Lake Catholic Hosts 21st Annual Holiday Fair for Broadmoor School Students

About 200 Seniors and Juniors Share the Christmas Spirit with Special Needs Children

For Lake Catholic students Erin Radigan, Kara Oster and Daniel Miljak, it's all about making Christmas a special time of year for Broadmoor children.

They were among 200 Lake Catholic seniors and juniors who participated in the school 21st annual Holiday Fair Friday for 130 Broadmoor school students. Lake Catholic students provided assistance to Broadmoor students with games, crafts and other fun activities.

"This is a lot of fun for the kids and it gives them something different to do for the holidays," said Erin Radigan, a Lake Catholic senior who participated in last year's event. "It's a little bit different working with the special needs kids but all you need is a little bit more patience."
