Kids from kindergarten through third grade can enjoy cookies, crafts, games and more

The National Honor Society members at Mentor High School will host a holiday party -- called A Season of Love and Laughter -- for younger students in the district to enjoy.

The party will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the high school's student center.

Students from kindergarten through third grade are invited. It costs $4 to attend.

The younger kids can play games, make crafts, decorate cookies and more while National Honor Society members play Santa's elves.

All who attend are encouraged to dress festively and bring a pair of socks or gloves to donate on the giving tree.
