Mentor High School Students Dancing to Raise Money for Autism
The SHOUT Dance-a-thon Saturday at Memorial Middle School will raise money for autism treatment, research and programming

About 150 students, including most of the school's football and cross country team, have paid $20 to dance from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. And all of the proceeds are going to autism treatment, research and programming.
"Fifty percent of the money goes to the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism and 50 percent goes to ," said Tommy Kozlovich, the junior who organized the dance-a-thon.

People can support SHOUT even if they, one, don't want to dance or, two, aren't Mentor High students. They can still pay $10 to watch the festivities, Kozlovich said.
Mentor High's dance and cheerleading teams will perform at the dance-a-thon, as will students from . The Marino Brothers DJs will provide music all day.
Kozlovich said he got the idea for SHOUT from Willoughby-Eastlake schools, which held a similar fundraiser last year.
