Video: Headlands Elementary Says Farewell to Final Class with a Clap-out

Headlands bid its students a fond farewell before closing its doors for good

 

 has a tradition in which the fifth-graders are offered a round of applause from their teachers, parents and fellow students as they exit the school for the final time.

However, , the teachers added a twist to the tradition this year.

After the fifth-graders received their ovation Monday afternoon, the entire school body exited the school in a conga line.
