GALLERY: Mentor Sparkles Perform at Chardon Competition

The Mentor Sparkle Cheerleaders got a warm reception from the crowd at a recent event in Chardon.

The group of special needs students showed their Cardinal spirit at the Cupid’s Cheer and Dance Challenge at Chardon High School on Sunday. The group performed near the end of the all-day event and, according to Mentor Schools, received a standing ovation from the crowd that spent much of the day watching teams try to qualify for the All-Star Cheer & Dance national competition.
