The Coming of the Civil War

2011 marks the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, come to the Library to hear about the history of the time period. Todd Arrington, Chief of Interpretation and Education at the James A. Garfield National Historic Site, will speak, the program is entitled will be  "The Coming of the Civil War."
