Preschool registration

The program is an integrated preschool that provides education to special needs (50%) and typically developing children (50%) for 3, 4, and 5 year olds. Each classroom has a licensed teacher who possesses at least a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a full-time classroom assistant. Children attend four half-days per week, Monday through Thursday.

Children must be 3years old by Sept. 30, 2012 and toilet-trained by the start of the school year. Tuition is $900 per year, payable in nine monthly installments of $100 each. A registration fee of $100 is required at the time of registration and will be the May 2013 tuition payment. This is required to reserve the spot for your child.

1. Completed Registration Form (available at www.mentorschools.net/)
2. Official copy of child’s birth certificate
3. Proof of residency in the form of current gas bill, electric bill or rental agreement
4. Custody papers (if applicable)
5. Check for $100.00 made out to “Mentor Public Schools”
