Mentor Schools Superintendent Jacqueline Hoynes dressed as the Cat in the Hat and visited the district's elementary schools today to celebrate Dr. Seuss' 107th birthday.
She gave away red-and-white erasers and reminded kids to keep reading while staying in character.
When she visited , she read I Can Read with My Eyes Closed! by Dr. Seuss to the students.
