Community Update

This place is a joke. My first impression was the receptionist laughing at me for not knowing where all the information was on my new insurance card. OK, I let that go because I was desperate to find some good help for myself. When I arrived, I instantly almost left. The place is a dump in a old hardware store/apartment brick complex. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 30 minutes until I had to ask if I was actually seeing someone today or not. "She's finishing up" they tell me. 10 minutes later she finally arrives (this is a half hour after my schelduled appointment mind you). She is in her early 20s and doesn't seem very professional. My fears are confirmed when she only relays textbook quotes instead of personal effort and knowledge. After about 20 minutes it's decided my only option is to be pumped with medication, after I explained I don't like perscriptions messing with my brain. Most therapy appointments last an hour, she was getting rid of me by 45 minutes. This place is a reck. If you were looking for professional help nearby, this is NOT the place!
