City Council to appoint special prosecutor for Mark Schneider OVI case
Mentor City Council will meet 7 p.m. tonight at city hall.
The Council is scheduled to appoint John O'Donnell as a special prosecutor in the Mark Schneider OVI case.
Former State Rep. Schneider in Mentor. However, City Prosecutor Lisa Klammer has donated to Schneider's previous campaign. Consequently, a special prosecutor is expected to be appointed to avoid the appearance of impropriety.
