Planning Commission Approves Red Lobster Reimaging

The restaurant is looking to redesign its exterior

Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve Red Lobster's proposed makeover during its meeting 7 p.m. Thursday at City Hall.

The restaurant's reimaging will include:

  • removing the existing entrance canopy and support columns and reconstructing the front entrance
  • installing a standing seam metal roof to replace the current shingled roog
  • repainting the building exterior burgundy red and oxford white
  • replacing the outdoor light fixtures.

The restaurant will also add a sidewalk between Reynolds Road and the parking lot, as well as resurface and stripe the lot.
