Finally, the Commission approved a permit for Theodore Dust Sr. to build a new facility at 9545 Jackson Avenue to store some of his antique vehicles.

Dust has been working on his personal collection of vehicles there for the last 13 years but he needs more space to house them all, he told the Commission.

Occasionally, Dust sells one of his cars through his web site but he's not allowed to sell more than five a year. If he exceeds that, he'll have to get a dealer's license.
