Mitt Romney Coming To Lake County This Friday

He will be hosting a rally Friday at Lake Erie College

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will be holding a rally this Friday at Lake Erie College in Painesville.

U.S. Sen. Rob Portman and Ohio Auditor Dave Yost are also expected to be there.

"It shows how important Lake County is in the whole presidential race for the nominee and the next president of the United States," Lake County Republican Party Chairman Dale Fellows said to The News-Herald. "We’re an important county and important state in an important election."

The doors open at 12:30 p.m. and the event is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public.
