Jason Wuliger Is Sworn In As New Lake County Recorder

Wuliger was appointed by the Lake County Republican Party Central Committee after Recorder Frank Suponcic stepped down from the position

Jason Wuliger was sworn in as the Lake County Recorder 3 p.m. Monday in his new office.

He was sworn in by Lake County Prosecutor Charles Coulson, who -- Wuliger noted -- was Wuliger's first boss in the county when he served as an assistant prosecuting attorney.

Wuliger was appointed by the Lake County Republican Party Central Committee after previous Recorder Frank Suponcic stepped down from the position to spend more time at Skoda Minotti, a Mayfield Village-based business consulting firm.
