Woman Pleads Guilty To Prostitution, Drug Possession

Jamie Gammel pleaded guilty Thursday in Mentor Municipal Court

Jamie Gammel -- the -- pleaded guilty to a trio of charges Thursday in .

Gammel admitted to prostitution, drug possession (specifically, suboxone) and possession of criminal tools -- all misdemeanors.

Judge John Trebets did not sentence her Thursday. Instead, he ordered he go through mental-health and drug-abuse screenings first.

Gammel's sentencing date has not been scheduled yet.

As part of her plea, authorities also confiscated $241, a laptop, cell phone and massage table from Gammel.

Mentor Police arrested Gammel, 33, after she advertised her services online, according to the department's Facebook page.

Officers received an anonymous call Friday morning saying that room 120 at had a lot of men coming in and out.

Police then found a page on backpage.com where Gammel was offering massage services with a discount if clients came between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., police said. Furthermore, Gammel was registered in room 120.

Officers went to her room and found a make-shift massage parlor with a table, oils and sex toys, police said.

They also found a client list with services rendered.
