Cherly L. Delzoppo's pre-trial is set for Aug. 1.

A Willoughby woman is accused of using the name and information of her 70-year-old neighbor to pick up prescription pills from CVS in Mentor.

Mentor Police investigated Cherly L. Delzoppo, 40, and arrested her on July 26, according to the department's Facebook page. Police said Delzoppo learned that her neighbor had a prescription for 120 Vicodin pills and decided to use her name, date of birth and other information.

Willoughby Police are also investigating Delzoppo in another theft from the same neighbor.

Delzoppo was charged with two fourth-degree felonies—deception to obtain a dangerous drug and possession of drugs. She did not enter a plea and is scheduled for a pre-trial on Thursday, according to Mentor Municipal Court.
