Dominish crossed over the center line four times while driving near the intersection of Route 44 and Lake Shore Boulevard, Lake County Assistant Prosecutor Charles Cichocki said .

The officer signaled for Dominish to stop but he didn't. Instead, he continued to his home on the 600 block of Lake Shore. Dominish still ignored police when he stopped at his house and began to walk up his driveway. A patrolman ultimately used his Taser to make him stop, Cichocki said.
