Police Asking For Public's Help To Identify Theft Suspect

Mentor Police are asking for the public to help them identify a theft suspect.

The man photographed above is suspected of stealing a wallet from a shopper's purse at the Michael's store in Mentor on the afternoon of April 9, according to the Mentor Police Facebook page.

The man is white and possibly in his 40s or 50s, about 5 feet and 7 inches in height with a thin build.

Anyone who can identify the man or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the at 440-974-5763.
