“This was a fine collaboration of media assistance, tips from the public and great investigative work. When these three factors come together, our ability to locate and safely apprehend these dangerous fugitives is greatly enhanced,” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliot said in a statement.

Haskins is originally from New York, according to U.S. Marshals.

Haskins was previously convicted of attempted felonious assault and drug possession in Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas.
