Mentor Teenager Is Charged With Rape
Mitchell Smith has been charged with a count of rape
Mentor Police are investigating a case in which a Mentor man is accused of raping a minor.
Mitchell Smith, 18, was arraigned Tuesday in on a charge of rape.
Judge John Trebets set his bond at $100,000, which was not posted. Smith's next court hearing is scheduled for June 11.
