Mentor Police, Fire Respond To Rollover Crash On Roselawn

The driver was not with the car by the time safety forces arrived

Mentor Police are investigating to find out what caused a rollover crash at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday near the the intersection of Roselawn Drive and King Memorial Road.

The car went off the left side of the road, hit a split-rail fence and a tree before it flipped over and caught fire, Mentor Police Sgt. Mike Kloski said.

Mentor Fire Lt. Don Zimmerman said the driver of the vehicle had already left the scene by the time firefighters and police arrived.

Anyone who has information on the crash is asked to call Mentor Police at 440-974-5760.
