Mentor Police Aiding State in Crimes Against Children Investigation

A search warrant has been executed at a home on Beechwood Drive

Mentor Police Lt. Tim Allen confirmed that the department is aiding state agencies in investigating a home in the city that is part of a wider probe on crimes against children.

The Ohio Attorney General's office and its Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation will make an announcement regarding the arrests they have made following the Crimes Against Children investigation. Along with the FBI, agents executed a search warrant Tuesday morning at a home in the 7200 block of Beechwood Drive, The News-Herald reported.
