Mentor man faces trafficking in marijuana charge

Cleveland woman arraigned for trafficking in cocaine, marijuana, other charges

A Mentor man and two other Lake County men face a December 19 preliminary hearing in Mentor Municipal Court for a trafficking in marijuana charge.

The men were picked up on outstanding warrants by Lake County Narcotics police and brought before Mentor Municipal Court Judge John Trebets for arraignment Wednesday.

Tyler Sweeney, 18, of Mentor, Shawn D. Hart, 18, of Painesville, and Anthony M. Acierno, 18, of Willowick are accussed of trafficking in marijuana on November 14. The men were each released on a personal bond.

Seirra J. Adams, 23, of 933 East 114th Street, Cleveland, faces a Dec. 22 preliminary hearing for trafficking in cocaine and marijuana and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrested by Mentor Police Dec. 14, she was arraigned in Mentor Municipal Court Wednesday.

Crystal L. Emerick, 29, of Mentor also is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 22. She was arrested by Mentor Police Dec. 14 for abusing heroin, petty theft for stealing more than $338.47 in merchandise from Macy’s Department store, and for possession of hypodermic needles.

Emerick, who was arraigned today in Mentor Municipal Court, was released on a personal bond.
