3. This year's Twins Days Festival is expected to draw people from all over the country to Twinsburg. However, organizers hope that the weather doesn't slow down this year's events, 

Friday through Sunday there is a slight chance for rain and thunderstorms, which could upset many of the outdoor activities planned for the festival.

This year the event has a circus theme, where anyone is welcome to come in costume for the events.
