Someone's gonna get killed!

I am sooo afraid for all those I see walking down the street (like on Hoose Road, or King Memorial in Mentor, OH) at dusk or darker, wearing all green/grey/brown/black/etc. clothing, and stepping into or almost stepping into the car lane. These people are VERY hard to see sometimes, especially when there's sun glare or the glare of another car's headlights approaching. Sometimes I've even seen people actually walking within the car lane lines so as to avoid wet grass, pebbles or divots in the pavement.  At times, I've also seen people walking their pets or walking with children who could easily trip or get distracted and walk into traffic before there's time to yank them back out of harm's way.  It seems also likely that a driver might actually cause an accident with oncoming traffic while trying to avoid hitting a child or pet who's suddenly darted into or towards the driver's lane.  PLZ BE CAREFUL.  And Parents:  Please be aware of this problem and take steps to educate and protect those whom you love.
