306 School Zone

Something needs to change about the school zone in front of Lake Catholic. It needs to be marked better.
 The School Zone sign that flashes is before the stop light heading north on 306. You get stopped by the stop light ,and I can't tell you how many times I have seen people take off and reach 35 including myself until you realize once again you are in a school zone. Now I have kids and always obey by the school zone law, but as I now find myself traveling north on 306 almost every day, I realize it needs to be marked better AFTER the stop light.
Last week I found myself doing it again only this time some older gentleman started screaming profanity at me calling me every name in the book, as I had my 4 year old in the car. This went on all the way through the school zone.  license plate I would have contacted the police but of course once he hit normal speed he took of like a rocket. 
There needs to be another yellow flashing light after the stop light, to alert people better.
