Bring the kids! Free event for families celebrates Week of the Young Child

In honor of National Week of the Young Child, Lakeland is hosting a free event, “The Early Years are Learning Years,” on Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the college campus, 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, 44094, in the auxiliary gym. For more information, call 440-357-1241.
 
Over 80 child care programs and agencies that provide children’s resources will be on hand for free children’s activities as well as information for families. The celebration is co-sponsored by Starting Point, the YMCA, and Tri-County AEYC.
