Community Update

I went in for gel/shellac on my nails. The man who did it did a horrible job. The paint is bubbly, uneven, and peeling two days later. It is also sloppy around my fingers. When I went back two days later he was extremely rude. He refused to get me back in to redo it at a time that was convenient for me, insisting that I work around their schedule. When I asked for a refund both he and the manager Linda refused, saying that "the service industry doesn't give refunds." What about paying for a service you didn't receive? I paid for a quality manicure and it looks like a kindergartner painted my nails. Needless to say I won't be back, and I would caution anyone against using their services. Worst customer service experience ever.
