Winter's Wild Wetlands Hike

Venturing out in winter allows us to peek into the lives of critters active in our wetlands in winter. Come along on a hike to celebrate World Wetlands Day. Kids can complete a winter scavenger hunt and we'll all look for tracks of animals in snow.

Dress for the weather. Sturdy, warm, waterproof/resistant footwear recommended as trails are snowy. Hike is from 2-3:30 p.m.

Naturalist led hikes at the Mentor Marsh State Nature Preserve are free. Reservations can be made by calling 440-257-0777, emailing rdonalds@cmnh.org or on the Mentor Marsh Facebook page.
