Job Seekers Networking Event - Ohio Career Connect

Networking can be challenging. Having to constantly meet new people, keep track and follow up with everyone can seem overwhelming. But if you have been to any of our recent events, you have heard many success stories of those who have found new positions through the contacts that they have made from OCC, as well as other groups.

In fact, a hiring manager who was at The Oak Barrel during our July meeting having dinner with his wife, saw the Ohio Career Connect Networking sign and came over to introduce himself. As it turned out, he is seeking to hire two high-powered salespeople for his organization and approached us to see if we would follow up with him so that he could learn more about OCC and how we might be able to source up some good candidates for consideration. Networking really does work!!

Make sure to register for our next meeting on Wednesday, August 28th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at The Oak Barrel.
