Fredon Corp. exec featured in the Dworken & Bernstein Management Lecture Series

Lakeland announces the speaker for the Dworken & Bernstein Management Lecture Series on Monday, October 28 from 7:15 - 8:15 p.m. in the Dr. Wayne L. Rodehorst Performing Arts Center on the main campus, 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, 44094.

For over three decades, managers who have led many of Northeast Ohio's most prominent businesses and institutions have appeared on this series. They share their success stories, strategies, business outlooks and career opportunities with Lakeland students and the general public in this forum. The event is free and open to the public.

Alyson Scott, Chief Financial Officer of Fredon Corporation

Alyson Scott is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Fredon Corporation in Mentor, Ohio, where she has worked for 16 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Denison University. Scott is a member of the board of directors of the Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce and is on the board of trustees for the Lake County Development Council. She serves on the board of the Alliance for Working Together (AWT) Foundation and chairs the organization’s annual AWT RoboBot Competition (combat robotics).

Scott is a proud graduate of the Leadership Lake County Class of 1998. She is a past member of the Facility Corporation board for the Eta Kappa Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, helping to establish the women’s fraternity at John Carroll University.
