Join award-winning performers Kerry Kean, Bob Patetta, Kathy Camille and Jan Patetta for an evening of beautiful guitar music, soul-stirring songs, stories and laughter. Admission is free, and the show starts at 7 PM on Sunday, January 29th at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 600 S. Water Street in Kent. More information is available at www.trinitykent.org, and at www.kerrykean.com.
Bob Patetta has been playing blues, rock and folk music for so long, he has drawn considerable interest from the archaeology community. His first guitar, manufactured before the advent of the electric guitar, was a gas-powered guitar. Unfortunately, many of his early performances were interrupted when the pilot light blew out.
The daring duo of Kerry Kean (guitar, banjo and vocals) and Kathy Camille (guitar, dobro and vocals) storm the heights of classic country and plumb the depths of the blues with equal zest. Wielding their stringed utensils and singing their little hearts out, they'll assail your sensibilities with everything from swing and fiddle tunes to original songs, and have fun doing it.
