As the guest arrive they will be greeted at their table with

along with a complimentary glass of champagne.

Our guest can select either soup or salad –

Butternut Squash/Pear Soup or Wild Mushroom Soup

Prime Rib with Caramelized Roulette Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus w/ hollandaise
or
Sea Bass Oscar – a filet of sea bass topped with crab and spears of asparagus along with a side of wild rice
