Mentor United Methodist MOPS Monthly Meeting

What is a MOPS group, anyway? 


MOPS International is a world-wide organization dedicated to encouraging and empowering mothers of young children, from infancy through kindergarten.  Our chapter at the Mentor United Methodist Church also has a MOMSnext Group associated with MOPS.  MOMSnext is for mothers with children who have graduated from kindergarten.


Our Mentor United Methodist MOPS group has about 20-25 moms who meet monthly every second Friday, from September through May. Meetings always include a breakfast buffet, brought by other members of the group on a rotating basis. Guest speakers share on a variety of topics that have a common theme of plunging deeper into our relationships.

In addition to monthly meetings, Mentor MOPS enjoys monthly play dates, hosted by a MOPS member or at a local play area, and multiple Mom's Nights Out.

Mentor MOPS meetings also include childcare with membership.


With fees at just $40/semester, and scholarships available for those who need it, Mentor MOPS makes membership easy.
