Discover the Poetry in Mentor Marsh

Sunday, October 20, 2013; 2 pm

On a short hike in the Marsh, we'll explore our great wetland for for its
unique sights, smells, colors and sounds. We'll then use our imagination to
create simple poems from our experience. Age appropriate for first grade
students to adults; no experience needed.

Mentor Marsh is an interpretive nature preserve of the Cleveland Museum of
Natural History and the State of Ohio (ODNR) Division of Natural Areas and
Preserves. Trails are open daily, year-round, dawn to dusk. From April through
October, Mentor Marsh Nature Center is open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5
pm.
