A Prom To Remember Golf Fundraiser

Help send a local teen affected by cancer to prom!

$100 entry fee includes lunch and dinner; 18 holes of Golf w/Cart; and Return Certificate for 18 more holes of golf good until July, 2014.  Registration and Lunch begin at 11:30 a.m.; Four Person Scramble with Shotgun Start at 12:30 pm; Dinner to follow.

Proceeds will help
cover expenses to send a local teen affected by cancer to Prom which
will be held April 4, 2014 at The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland.  Teens are
from Rainbow, Cleveland Clinic and Akron Children's Hospital.  Last

year, 150 teens attended.
