Deepwood Idols Rule The Stage At Great Lakes Mall
Deepwood/Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities cap Awareness Month with second ever Deepwood Idol competition
The Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities held its second ever Deepwood Idol competition Saturday at the Great Lakes Mall.
While its vocational guidance center holds a talent competition every year, this is the second time Deepwood has had a contest for all of its programs -- from the VGC to Broadmoor.
Deepwood clients sang everything from Carly Rae Jepson and Elton John and danced to Maroon 5 and Elvis for a crowd of more than 500 people.
