But, with wings that good, it's hard to remember anything else.

And with almost two dozen sauces available, all it takes is some sampling to find a personal favorite.

The most famous variant is Quaker's atomic wings. They are so spicy – so ludicrously hot – that those who would try them have to sign a waiver first.

The atomic sauce measures at 150,000 Scoville Heat Units. (SHUs are a unit devised to measure spiciness.) To give some context, the plenty spicy "supercharged" wings only rank at 30,000 SHUs. Also, for the truly masochistic, Quaker offers triple atomic wings. At 500,000 SHUs, it's pretty much napalm for your taste buds.

For those who like it cooler, I'd recommend the Louisiana Lickers or Tequila Lime BBQ.

Wings cost $9 for an order of 10 and $29 for a full bucket. However, the best deal is to get all-you-can-eat wings for $12 each Tuesday.

If you don't care for wings (if there are such people in this world,) the Lube also offers a full complement of burgers, sandwiches and wraps. Cost ranges from $7 for a gyro to $9 for a sirloin steak sandwich or a Lubeburger.

Additionally, the "steak" in the restaurant's name is not a misnomer. Quaker has a selection of cuts, with the most popular being the 16-ounce Model T-Bone ($19.)

You can also grab an appetizer. A personal favorite is the loaded magna fries ($9)  –  potato wedges covered in melted cheddar cheese and bacon, served with ranch dipping sauce. It'll raise your heart rate, and not just because of what it must do to a person's cholesterol.

Quaker has dozens of bottled and draft beers available. You'll only need one if you order the Lube Tube, a 100-ounce beer.

Finally, Quaker hosts a variety of events all week. On Thursdays, it hosts a bike night with live music, giveaways and drink specials. On Wednesdays, families get one free kids meal with every adult entree purchase from 4 to 8 p.m. Children can also win free toys.
