Jose Quinones was accused of killing Belinda Mellott, 49, and injuring Gregory Cochran, 35. Mellott was pronounced dead at the scene by the Portage County Coroner, .

2. A Twinsburg man accused of vehicular homicide and assault entered a plea of not guilty on Thursday, July 21 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, .

Glenn Parrish Jr., 23, of Sherwin Drive, pleaded not guilty to two charges of vehicular homicide and five counts of vehicular assault. The case report also shows two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Police said on June 18, Parrish was driving a minivan with five passengers when he ran a red light on MLK Boulevard in Cleveland and hit another van.

Police said no one in Parrish's van was wearing a seatbelt and two people were ejected from the van. One was pronounced dead at the scene and the other died from injuries while at the hospital.

3. The  in Beachwood was robbed last week for the second time in as many months.

A man entered the bank and showed a handgun and robbed the bank Friday afternoon, .

He wore a bandanna that covered his face and held a gun in his hand. He demanded money from a bank teller and escaped with the money.
