1. A Twinsburg man accused of killing two people in a car crash over the weekend had his first appearance in court Tuesday morning, .

Bond of $100,000 was set for Glenn Parrish Jr., 23, at a hearing Tuesday in Cleveland Municipal Court.

Parrish was charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and five counts of aggravated vehicular assault.

Police said Parrish was driving a minivan with six passengers last Saturday morning when he ran a red light on MLK Boulevard in Cleveland and hit another van.
