A busy week at Mentor Schools was overshadowed by another meteorological inconvenience

If it rains any more, I'm building a boat in my back yard and collecting two of every animal.

Except cockroaches. They'll survive the deluge anyhow.

1.  had a busy week. On Tuesday, Mentor Schools Superintendent Jacqueline Hoynes discussed the possibility of turning the closing elementary school into . The next day, Headlands invited its  for an alumni farewell.

3. The Mentor Patch Moms Council discussed . (I also took a moment to  of my Moms Council on Sunday.)

4. Mentor Police Department , K-9 Officer Niko. Niko died suddenly in his sleep and left Mentor police without a K-9 officer.
